S225 Nikon

Can anyone help me decide which camera to buy?
I am looking to buy a new camera, just for simple things like family photos. My main concern is that I want one that does not blur. I have a child who does not sit still for photos. I like the Sony Cybershot W215 but I also like the Nikon Coolpix S225. Which would you choose and why? I know the Sony is 12 pixels and the Nikon is 10 but I hear that Nikon quality is generally better than they really I want to know is, is a Nikon S225, even at 10 mega pixels better than a sony 12 mega pixels. Thank you.
In at least 10 to 30 times a day someone NOW question: "What is a good camera to buy?" A quick search would have given hundreds of answers instantly (without having to wait for the responses), but again here's my 10 cents on the topic: "Point and shoot cameras are wonderfully useful due to its small size. When the lighting conditions are ideal, even really taken photos of Nice – all of them do. However, all have limitations – they do very well in low light (it ie photos noisy, hard to avoid blur, etc.). CODEC bit Flash is very hard to close and not get very far. Many of them have no manual tasks, so photos are limited to very basic, can not compensate for unusual situations, or do many fun "tricks" and special effects. P & S also have shutterlag frustrating for many of them chew through batteries rather quickly. If you're okay with all the limitations, then go ahead and choose one, most of them (the same type and same price range) are quite similar. Personally, I would choose either a Canon or Nikon, and certainly stay away from Kodak. top P & S will give you more manual options and better quality. Many who even give you the option of adding a proper flash (which makes a big difference in your photos with flash). Do not worry too much about megapixels – all modern cameras have plenty enough, plus there is a limit to how many pixels can crush a small P & S before actually losing quality sensor instead of winning it. 6 megapixels is the upper limit for the sensors soon. Do not worry about digital zoom, in fact, no reused. Simply crops pixel distance, ie destroys the information. The only real optical zoom. You order a camera that "no take blurry pictures. "Blur is the problem of the photographer, not the camera. Even the most expensive camera will take pictures blurry when the person behind it do not know what they are doing. Some words about the special effect functions such as accent color, or even just B / W or sepia: About the application of any kind of effect on the camera: DO NOT DO IT! Imagine if you just take the best photo ever taken – surely you would want in all its glory, right? Always set the camera to larger, better quality (and color). Thus, starting with the photo of the best possible way as the original. Then you make a copy and edit to your liking. You have much better control over any editing on your computer, even something as simple as B & W will look much better when processed correctly in instead of the camera. You can do all sorts of things plus you get to keep the original. decide what features are important to you, and look for cameras that have that feature. Then Go www.dpreview.com compare some models. The best we can do for your success is to borrow some books and learn about photography. A little knowledge will make a much bigger difference to the photos of his choice of P & S camera can. For what it's worth – if I was in the market for a P & S camera now, my choice would be a Canon Powershot SX20 IS http://www.usa.canon.com / consumer / controller? act = ModelInfoAct & fcategoryid = 144 & model = 19,208
