Flash TTL still work in a wireless trigger?

Hello, I have a Nikon D300 with SB-600 external flash and you want to use off camera of origin for some portrait photography studio. I am currently a student on a tight budget but still wanted a wireless trigger. I have my eyes on a "Blazzeo 4 Channel Wireless Flash Trigger for Nikon T1M" for $ 30 (AU) on eBay. Before buying this however, I wonder if TTL flash function will still be able to work wirelessly? Does anyone know or have tips or suggestions? Open to all ideas. Thanks!

I'm just guessing, but if the flash can go into manual mode, then you may have a chance to use it abroad. I recommend you check the manual to be flash insurance. My old SB-24 manual has an intricate plot how to connect different Nikon flashes, bodies and the included adapters that can connect and which not. Never I've used it out of my F401 and use manual and peanut Vivitar flashes Sonia by several flashes of installation.
